From So Flo to So Cal, following a passion across the country.
Hi, I'm Alyson, a creative professional with a lifelong passion for video and television production. I grew up in South Florida, where my journey into the world of media began in high school when I took my first TV production class; from there, I never looked back. That initial spark turned into a Radio & Television Production major at the University of Central Florida, and from there, it evolved into a full-fledged career.
Throughout college, I worked in sports broadcast, which gave me invaluable hands-on experience in live production. After graduating, I accepted a position at Adrenaline Films, where I expanded my skills and gained a deep understanding of every department and piece of gear, from camera operations to post-production. Each new role I took on allowed me to refine my craft and broaden my technical expertise.
Eventually, I made the move to Los Angeles, where I found myself in unscripted television. This diverse background has given me a well-rounded skill set and an in-depth understanding of every aspect of the production process—skills that allow me to lead effectively, solve complex problems, and deliver high-quality content.
What sets me apart is my wide-ranging experience across various genres and my ability to adapt to new challenges. I thrive in leadership roles, and I’m passionate about setting up teams for success. Whether it’s mentoring junior crew members, streamlining workflows, or ensuring creative vision is achieved, I find fulfillment in helping others grow and succeed alongside me. My goal is to continue evolving as a creative leader while delivering exceptional results in every project I tackle.
